Happenings at Our Church - 

COOKBOOK PRE - ORDERS : The ROCK Ministry will be taking orders today in the narthex immediately after the worship service. AFRICAN ATTIRE will be the dress on Sunday, February 25th. There will be a Soul Food Cook Off after the service in the fellowship hall. CHURCH COUNCIL will meet Monday, February 26th at 6:30 p.m. All 2018 chairs should be in attendance, and committees should have already met and oriented your new team members. Your teams should be setting measurable goals, offering training, and ascertaining an effective March target date. This is a requirement of the 1st quarter training. OPEN DOOR WALK CLASSIC will be held on March 3rd beginning at Woodruff Park @ 8:30 a.m. If you would like to walk, run or make a donation, please see Mary Hosley or Henry Holt by Sunday, February 25, 2018. Thank you. 

THE CHILDREN AND YOUTH M INISTRY would like to display a Blast from the Past Museum to celebrate Black History Month. Please see the ushers for a list of items needed. 

CHILDREN’S CHURCH is held each Sunday in the Fellowship Hall for grades K-5th. 

WISHING WELL : Don’t forget to deposit your loose change each Sunday into the well, located in the narthex upon entering or exiting the church. This money is used for our Outreach Ministry. 

Beloved, Pad the Pews Project is underway. If you want to give financially to upholster our worn pews in the sanctuary – please see one of our Trustees or a member of the Finance Team immediately for further information. The cost to complete this project is $26,500.
