WHAT IS A GIVING KIOSK?
Don't carry cash anymore? Not into online giving? The kiosk is for you! Like bank and other organizations, we've chosen to provide you with another option when it comes to giving. A giving kiosk is an ATM-style computer that allows you to support your church financially by swiping your credit or debit card. It's simple, convenient and secure.
WHERE IS THE KIOSK LOCATED?
Give anytime on Sundays at the kiosk located in the narthex with your credit or debit card.
WHAT CAN I GIVE TO?
You may pay your tithes, or give to regular offering and other designated funds. All gifts, except anonymous donations, are tax deductible.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS WILL KIOSK ACCEPT?
The kiosk currently accepts VISA, DISCOVER and MasterCard.
ARE THERE FEES INVOLVED?
There is no charge to the donor to give at the kiosk.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO USE THE KIOSK?
No registration is required for current members. The member roll was pre-loaded which allows every member immediate access to the kiosk
HOW DO I REGISTER TO USE THE KIOSK?
Visitors and non-members must first register to be able to use the kiosk to make donations. Select "Make a Donation" on the screen, and then follow the registration instructions. You may make a donation at completion of the registration process.
HOW DO I MAKE A DONATION?
As a member, you can either swipe credit/debit card, or use keypad on screen, to find your name. Select "Donation Type" and then follow instructions on the screen to complete transaction.
WHEN IS MY CONTRIBUTION CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT?
All contributions are posted to your account immediately.
CAN I SET UP A RECURRING CONTRIBUTION?
WILL I STILL RECEIVE A CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT?
Along with a receipt each time you give, you will receive an annual statement at the end of the calendar year.
CAN I STILL GIVE IN THE SERVICE OR ONLINE?
Yes, we have three ways to give [in person/in service; online, and giving kiosk], and you can alternate between them.
WHAT'S WRONG WITH CASH OR CHECKS?
Nothing! We hope to receive cash and check donations for many years to come. You may mail donations to : The Road UMC
